We typically ship all orders within 8-10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email provided in the order form. Please allow 10-12 business days to receive a tracking number. If after 12 business days, you have not received a tracking number, please contact our team at sales@valorgifts.com.

We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.
